Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the reconstruction of a building located at ul. Taborowa 22 for the needs of the Central Office for Combating Cybercrime Management Board in Poznań - Stage II.
1. The scope of works for the basic order in particular includes:
1) performance of construction works in the scope of construction of an elevator shaft, reinforcement of ceilings in technical rooms, reinforcement of lintels;
2) construction of new brick and plasterboard partition walls;
3) construction of new floors;
4) installation of thermal insulation from the inside;
5) vinstallation of new internal plasters;
6) making new wall coverings;
7) painting the walls of the ground floor and floors I - III;
8) installation of internal joinery;
9) installation of internal window sills;
10) installation of suspended ceilings;
11) installation of internal installations: sewage, watermains, fire hydrant, central heating, mechanical ventilation;
12) installation of a heating substation;
13) installation of VRV air conditioning on the 2nd floor and air conditioning of the RG electrical switchboard room;
14) installation of floor switchgears and WLZ - excluding the WSZ-AC/WSZ switchgear -DC and RAG with cablelighting;
15) installation of internal electrical installations for lighting and 230V sockets;
16) installation of a UPS;
17) implementation of telecommunications installations:
a) fire alarm (SSP/SAP),
b) access control (KD),
c) burglary and intrusion alarm (SWiN),
d) closed-circuit television (CCTV) - inside buildings...
