Description:
The subject of the order is the reconstruction of Leniczowka Rudnica located in a 2-family residential building and the reconstruction of an outbuilding (construction of a fire separation wall, Rudnica, Wacz commune, plot no. 8297/3). Description of planned construction works: It is planned to reconstruct the ground floor of the building. Changed there will be a functional layout. The office will be accessible from a country road (without architectural barriers). Inside, a sanitary facility accessible for disabled people has been designed. The apartment has an independent entrance. The rooms in the apartment were connected and the window arrangement was adjusted to the new functions. Plans are in progress construction of an independent access to the planned entrance to the office (sidewalk, gate in the fence). The existing external stairs leading to the closed entrance to the office will be demolished. No other changes in the development of the area are expected. Usable area planned for reconstruction: 97.75 m2. Reconstruction of the farm building involves the construction of a fire separation wall, Rudnica, commune. Wacz, dz. No. 8297/3
