Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting of: reconstruction of a multi-family residential building and construction of a photovoltaic installation in the form of a shelter, located on plot no. 112, KM 45 area, at ul. Krlewiecka 12 in Wocawek as part of the investment project: Reconstruction of the building at street Krlewiecka 12. The area of the investment in question is under conservation protection, entered in the register of monuments A/1560, and the building is entered in the register of monuments under number A/1592. After the reconstruction, the building will function as a multi-family apartment building. It is planned to provide 8 apartments, 4 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. There will be a technical room on the ground floor.
