• For part No. 1 Reconstruction of the Leniczwki GOBOWIEC building: The scope of construction works includes insulating the external walls of the building using the light dry method (ventilated wall) using a 15 cm thick facade pipe, with a lambda coefficient not worse than 0.034 W/(mK) while maintaining the facade finish with formwork boards (removal of the old board and installation of a new one). The scope of work includes: preparatory and protective works, demolition: demolition of the formwork board and wooden substructure, disposal of mineral wool from the demolition, demolition of architraves and stairs around the building, excavation, drying, moisture-proof insulation of the walls foundations and their insulation with a thickness of 10 cm, disassembly of the polystyrene plinth, demolition of canopies at the gable walls, dismantling of windows and entrance doors, dismantling of downpipes and gutters, designed works: dismantling the existing sheathing from the formwork board together with fastening battens, condition assessment technical inspection of the exposed wooden structure and making any carpentry repairs, insulating the foundation walls with 10 cm thick Styrodur, impregnating the wooden structure with fungicides and insecticides fire retardant...
