• Description:
• The subject of the order is the performance of construction works related to the reconstruction of the cash register room in the building of the Ursynw District Office of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw, at Al. Commission of National Education 61. Scope of the order: The scope of work includes in particular: demolition and dismantling; construction and finishing works (walls, floors, ceilings, plaster, painting); installation of door joinery, building elements and equipment; execution of electrical, telecommunications, water and sewage, HVAC installations; carrying out tests, examinations and adjustments installation; tidying up the work area and handing over the facility for use. Wherever the Ordering Party refers to the standard in the technical documentation, equivalent solutions may be used. In the event that the Contractor offers an unsuitable solution directly to the reference standards described in the design documentation, then the Contractor is obliged to prove in the offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Public Procurement Law, that the proposed solutions in meet the requirements specified in the technical documentation to an equivalent extent.
