Part No. 1 - renovation of the basement including the following elements: 1) demolition of the secondary partition wall; 2) removal of tiles from the room. -1.1 . i -1.2;3) cutting off the concrete floor and the lower layer of ceramic bricks in the entire basement;4) renovation of floors including thermal and moisture insulation; 5) removing plaster from walls and ceilings;6) drying and ozonation and disinfection of walls and ceilings;7) earthworks;8) waterproofing of external basement walls;9) thermal insulation of external basement walls;10) double-row crystalline injection of external and internal walls;11) drying and ozonating the rooms; 12) strengthening the floor with steel anchors; 13) making hose holes to the inaccessible part of the basement; 14) making new floor layers: moisture-proof insulation, thermal insulation and reinforced screed; 15) making a glued stoneware floor on the prepared base; 16) installation fixtures in existing points;17) dismantling and laying paving stones after insulation;18) reconstruction of the supply air ventilation grids system; 19) liquidation of wells and laying paving stones; 20) checking, unclogging and cleaning existing channels valve...
