Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The order covers the reconstruction of road No. 1 152R at km 15,254 16,090 in the town of Podleszany. The scope of the road reconstruction includes the reconstruction of the sidewalk on the left side, 1.50 m wide, with a surface made of concrete paving stones. The task also includes the reconstruction of the existing drainage systemroads, consisting of the construction of a rainwater drainage system under the reconstructed sidewalk with a well depth of up to 3.0 m and the reconstruction of culverts under the road crown. Due to the depth of the rainwater drainage system, it should be made of 3 m long pipes with trench reinforcement. Additionally, you should also secure itcutting poles of telecommunication networks against damage and overturning during the construction of rainwater drainage. Currently, on the section at km 15,254 16,090, the construction site is being turned over for road surface renovation. Therefore, the works should be performed after the construction site has been made available by the renovation contractor (before completionapplying layers of asphalt concrete surfaces) in consultation with PZD in Mielec. The works should start no later than 5 days after signing the contract and be completed within 40 days from signing the contract.2. The detailed scope of works is specified in Chapter III of the SWZ.
