- 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the tenement house at ul. Mickiewicza 2 in Nowy Tomyl.2. The scope of the order includes: 1) replacement of external door joinery (wooden doors located: in the front facade of the building, on the facade facing the courtyard and construction of a new door opening and doors in the courtyard wall),2) construction of a new hardened surface in the courtyard and at the transition from the street. Mickiewicza, 3) construction of an aura fence for the existing facilities on the estate of the squire4) planting: two trees (Gledicja trichorne inermis with a minimum height of 2.2 m) and climbing greenery (ivy common),5) construction of a substructure for the northern plants at the eastern border of the plot6) installation of small architectural elements, i.e. sleeves for umbrellas, trellis for vines, lighting fixtures,7) addition and finishing of: the surface of the walls of the courtyard together with the walls and the ceiling located in the passage to the courtyard,8) removal of inactive underground infrastructure, including a waste tank,9) construction of new drainage of the area, 10) construction of an electrical box for external sockets,11) construction of an external intake valve,12) execution of as-built work ...
