Reconstruction of the culvert in the district road no. 4134W ul. Partyzantw in the town of Kampinos, commune Kampinos: 1) Preparatory works (reconstruction of the route and height points, implementation of a temporary traffic organization project, demolition works, including: milling surface along with the transport of reclaimed material to the Employer's base at ul. Okrna 15, 05-850 Umiastów, demolition of old culvert elements, etc., disposal of demolition materials, transport of excavated material).2) Earthworks including: excavation, profiling and compaction of the bed, backfilling of excavations.3) Construction of C12/15 base concrete for the front wall and foundation wall.4) Installation of reinforcement for the front wall and foundation wall - steel class A-IIIN.5) Installation of polymer concrete cornices.6) Concreting of the front wall and foundation wall - C30/37 class concrete.7) Laying two 1400 mm culverts made of corrugated sheet.8) Construction of the foundation from soil stabilized with C1.5/2 thick cement. 15 cm.9) Construction of the substructure from mechanically stabilized crushed aggregate 0/31.5 mm thick. 20 cm. 10) Cleansing i sprinkling of construction and bitumen layers.11) Execution of a leveling layer and more of asphalt concrete AC 16 W 50/70 KR3 thickness. 8 ...
