- The subject of the order includes the reconstruction of district road No. 1941D, consisting in the reconstruction of the sidewalk and the construction of a bus stop with bays at the Primary School in św. Katarzyna, in the scope of construction of the bay road, construction of a bus platform, reconstruction sidewalk, making the surface of the exits, tidying up the area up to the border, laying lawns, making compensatory plantings, removing conflicts with the power line and street lighting, organizing target and replacement traffic. For investments an executive design was prepared in 2021 (constituting Appendix No. 1) illustrating in detail the subject and scope of the construction project. This project was prepared on the basis of the regulations in force at the time of its development and contains all the requirements required at that time agreeing and checking, in particular the conditions for removing conflicts necessary for the implementation of the task and agreeing with the operators of the technical infrastructure network in the investment area. The arrangements contained in the above-mentioned project have lost their validity.
