Description:
1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the district road No. 1579K Siekierczyna Naszaowice in the area from km 11+080 to km 11+388 and in the area from km 11+476 to km 11+636 in the town of Widnik and Owieczka, Limanowa County. 2. The order includes in particular the following scope of work: 1) preparatory and demolition works, 2) adjustment drainage, 3) surface works, 4) finishing works, 5) preparation of temporary documentation of changes in traffic organization for the duration of the task and development of as-built geodetic documentation on a scale of 1:500.3. The detailed scope and method of carrying out the works were specified in the procedure documentation, in particular in the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bill of quantities and the draft provisions of the contract - constituting annexes to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party requires a minimum warranty period of 36 months for the completed works, counted from the date of final acceptance. Period guarantee beyond the minimum period is a criterion for evaluating offers on the principles set out in point 21.2.2 of the SWZ.
