- 1. The subject of the order is the design and implementation (execution) of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the district road No. 1791 S Irzdze Wilgoszcz in the design and build formula.2. The scope of the order was divided into two stages: 1) Stage I Development of complete design documentation, obtaining the required decisions, permits, arrangements, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), basic bill of quantities for permanent works (ZPRS), temporary and permanent traffic organization project including the reconstruction of district road No. 1791 S (in accordance with the attached Program Functional and Utility. Before starting design work, the Contractor will submit to the Ordering Party an architectural and construction concept (conceptual design) with some descriptions and drawings. The conceptual design must be agreed with the Ordering Party. Based on the agreed conceptual design, the Contractor will develop the design construction.
