- The subject of the order includes the optimization of design documentation (provided by the Ordering Party) and, based on it, the performance of construction works in the "design and build" system. The construction works consist in the reconstruction of district road No. 1930D located on plot No. 336, Nadolice Wielkie district and plot no. 130, ChrzΔ
stawa MaΕa district, divided into two sections: target section - from Nadolice Wielkie, ul. Borowa, to the ditch on plots no. 175 and 263, approx. 2068 m long, and a transitional section - from 2068 m to 2080 m, i.e. approx. 12 m long, divided into stages, i.e.:
1) Stage I - development of a complete one optimization of design documentation for district road No. 1930D located on plot no. 336, Nadolice Wielkie district and plot no. 130, ChrzΔ stawa MaΕa district: target section - from Nadolice Wielkie, ul. Borowa, to the ditch on plots no. 175 and 263, approx. 2068 m long, and a transitional section - from 2068 m to 2080m, i.e. approx. 12 meters long. In addition, maintaining the validity of certificate No. 343/2023 of October 30, 2023 regarding the lack of objection to the notification for the reconstruction of the road in question or - if it results from changes introduced to the documentation or findings, arrangements, opinions and permits - obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party all legally required certificates or decisions enabling the implementation of construction works,
2) Stage II - execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of district road No. 1930D located on plot No. 336, Nadolice Wielkie district and plot No. 130, district They are grunting... - Documents:
