- 1. The subject of the order is "Reconstruction of the district road no. 1992R Kobylany Wietrzno, consisting in the construction of a pedestrian route in M. ki Dukielskie. The reconstruction aims to rebuild the road/widen it to 5.5 m and build a hardened shoulder in ki Dukielskie. 2.
