Description:
1. The scope of the subject of the order includes: development of complete technical documentation together with obtaining a notification/decision enabling the implementation of construction works and providing author's supervision over the implementation of the project during the execution of construction works as part of the investment task intended for the reconstruction of district road No. 3301D on the Szczytna - Dolina section, km 0+000 2+700. The technical documentation prepared under this order is to include: 1) construction design for the reconstruction of the road as well as all necessary attachments to prepare an application for notification based on the Act of 11 August 2001 , binding act version from: November 26, 2024 - 3 copies; 2) technical design for road reconstruction - 3 copies; 3) detailed technical specification of execution and acceptance - 1 copy; 4) investor's cost estimate - 1 copy; 5) offer cost estimate and bill of quantities - 1 copy; 6) design of the target organization traffic - 3 copies;7) preparation of the project information card and obtaining an environmental decision8) on behalf of the Ordering Party, an application should be submitted and obtained without any comments on the written certificate.
