Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the district road 5488P in the town of Zielona Wie in the scope of construction of a sidewalk - STAGE I. The scope of works covered by the order concerns the construction of a rainwater drainage system in connection with the planned construction of the sidewalk, which will be performed as part of STAGE II. 2. A detailed description of the order is included in: 1) Draft contract according to Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, 2) Bid cost estimate according to Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, 3) Application documentation according to Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, 4) Bill of quantities according to Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, 5) Design of permanent traffic organization according to Annex No. 10 to SWZ,6) Specifications technical execution and acceptance of construction works according to Appendix No. 11 to SWZ.
