- 1. Name of the order: Reconstruction of the DLP system. 2. The subject of the order is, including: 2.1. Renewal by the Contractor of the Subscription* (term licenses) of the Trellix Endpoint Protection Suite Software and GREENmod Software with continuity for previous periods of validity of the Subscription (term licenses) or the purchase and delivery of an equivalent solution along with detailed license conditions (specified by the Producer) and documents confirming the renewal or granting Subscriptions (term licenses), subject to the provisions of point 3 below; 2.2. Provision of Manufacturer's Technical Assistance; 2.3.Provision of Contractor's Maintenance Services; 2.4.Provision of Contractor Consulting Services. 3. As part of the Order Options, v within the meaning of the provisions of Art. 441 section 1 of the Act, under the conditions referred to in § 4 section 4 of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, from April 20, 2027 to April 19, 2029, in accordance with the following principles: 3.1. The Ordering Party will be able to purchase Subscriptions (term licenses) Trellix Data Loss Prevention Suite (DLP) software, or purchase an equivalent solution, and the Contractor will be obliged to purchase and deliver the above-mentioned solution to the Ordering Party.
