Description:
1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of DW No. 634 in the town of Duczki, commune. Woomin in terms of the construction of a pedestrian crossing at km 35+900, an exit and the construction of a pedestrian crossing with a platform at km 36+100 at the height of DG ul. Olszowa, proceeding no. 280/25.1) Detailed The description of the Subject of the Order is included in the Tender Documentation (Part III SWZ) and the Bill of Quantities - available for reference only (Part IV SWZ). The contractor should calculate the value of the work based on the attached design documentation. The contractor is obliged to: ensuring, at its own expense, safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of works covered by the contracts, based on the traffic organization design, for the duration of construction, prepared by and at the Contractor's expense. The contractor is obliged to transfer the rights copyrights to photographic and film documentation referred to in the general terms and conditions of the contract for the performance of construction works.2) If trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process are indicated in the description of the subject of the order, characterizes the product or services provided by a specific contractor, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions....
