- The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the existing "Żelazna" polder in Opole, consisting in the reconstruction of existing water devices and building new facilities to increase its capacity and protect against flood waters of the government. Odra of located areas
in Opole (including a special area Economic Zone at ul. North in Opole, areas residing at ul. Partyzancka, northern beltway of the city of Opole) and in the commune of Dąbrowa (town of Żelazna). At the same time, the investment is supra -regional due to the flattening of the flood wave and reduction of flows in the Odra Valley below polder, and therefore a reduction in flood risk also in the towns of the Lower Silesian Voivodship along the Oder, including in the cities of Oława and Wrocław.
Stage II is the second, final stage of the investment reconstruction of the Żelazna polder. The subject of the implementation Stage II is to complete the reconstruction of the existing embankments of the Odra River over a section of 4.13 km together with accompanying devices, such as the "half-century) roller (half-century), the" half-century "groathable and in-adather weir to the polder, a discount building, service and agricultural roads with shaft crossings.
