Description:
1. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers for the listed items in the ST/bill of quantities. The scope of the order included in Annex No. 3 and Annex No. 3.1 constitutes the entire order. 2. Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in accordance with the documentation projects constituting an annex to this procedure. The works must be performed in accordance with the construction and executive design, in accordance with the currently applicable construction law, standards and fire protection regulations. sanitary, energy, occupational health and safety and SWZ, contracts and tender offers submitted to the Contractor. Detailed the scope of works, quantity and details are included in the ST/OPZ, which constitutes Annex No. 3.1 to the SWZ, the bill of quantities (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ) and in the draft provisions of the contract (Annex 4 to the SWZ).
