A brief description of the subject of the contract: the subject of this order is to perform the reconstruction, expansion and superstructure of the existing building No. A14 located on the campus of the Łódź University of Technology, at Wólczańska Street 173/175 in Łódź, for the needs of pre-school and nursery point in the system. Design and build. In the scope of developing documentation, complete design documentation should be developed together with the necessary arrangements, decisions and opinions necessary for the correct implementation of the task together with obtaining a construction permit and permission to use. In the framework of construction works, a reconstruction, expansion and build-up of the building A14 should be performed Lodz University of Technology together with all technical infrastructure and the development of two recreation squares in the areas designated on the campus of the Lodz University of Technology. The subject of the order does not include the delivery of furniture furnishings.
