Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: Reconstruction of the existing gas boiler room in the building of the Primary School in Biedaczow as part of the task entitled Modernization of gas boiler houses in communal facilities in the design and build system, 2. The task includes:Preparation of documents needed to obtain a building permit or notification, Submission of a notification of the intended date of commencement of construction works, Disassembly and demolition works - should be performed to the extent necessary for the task (disassembly of the existing gas boiler, disassembly ofvalves, disassembly of safety valves, disassembly of the hydraulic coupling), reconstruction of the cold water, domestic hot water, gas and central heating installations resulting from the change of location of the boilers,, installation of two gas condensing boilers operating in a cascade system with a total capacity of 130.0 kW,,installation of accessories, i.e. hydraulic coupling, expansion vessels, safety valves, installation of the air-flue gas duct, lead above the roof to the existing chimney duct, the diameter of the ducts should be adjusted to the applicable regulations and the requirements and...
