Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the procedure and order is the selection of a contractor for the reconstruction of the existing retaining wall on the border between plots 71 and 70/4, along with the demolition of the animal house building on plot no. 71 in Krakow at ul. Kopernika 7 stage III., 1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it. 1.2 The subject of the order has been described in detail in Annex A to the SWZ Description beforethe subject matter of the order, design documentation, administrative decisions and permits: technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (hereinafter abbreviated as STWiORB) and the bill of quantities, which are an integral part of the SWZ., 1.3 The Ordering Party emphasizes that the attached bill of quantities is only anorientation and auxiliary, and the basis for preparing the offer and its valuation is the design documentation and STWiORB. , 1.4 The Contractor must offer the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ, and in order to confirm the compliance of the offered subject of the order...
