Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction with the expansion and change in the use of building No. 64 together with the accompanying infrastructure.
As part of the investment: demolition works will be carried out; reconstruction of the walls; some of the ceilings; the whole flat roof; building thermomodernization; replacement of window joinery idoor; finishing works; parking lot; pedestrian routes and pedestrian routes; world; fences; Sanitary, electrical and teletechnical connections and installations as well as alarm systems. As part of the task, you should cut trees in accordance with the greenery inventory projectand a stand of the stand. Replacement plantings should be made in accordance with the attached technical specification - planting trees/shrubs in military complexes and a decision on felling. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annexes 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 to SWZ.
2. The contractor will giveWarranty for the subject of the contract: minimum 36 months - maximum 60 months. The contractor will guarantee the supplied equipment and equipment for the period: minimum 24 months - maximum 36 months. Warranty and care for replacement plantings: 36 months from the date of planting. Warranty period: 60 months- according to art. 568 § 1 of the Civil Code
3. The required date of the contract with obtaining a material effect: minimum 1065 days from the date of signing the contract, maximum 1156 days from the date of signing the contract.
