- 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion of the existing social and storage building, including the construction of a garage (directly adjacent to the existing social and warehouse building) and the construction of a free-standing shelter at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. For the investment in question The plan includes the construction of a lighting installation, reconstruction of the network and telecommunications connection, and shortening of the existing overhead power connection. As part of this investment, the installation of a sanitary sewage system to a septic tank for wastewater is planned in accordance with with the Land Development Project. The plot includes paved areas and parking spaces for passenger cars. Construction of a water connection - according to a separate study. As part of this investment, the demolition of non-residential buildings (serving as warehouses and households) is planned. Construction of the lighting installation.2.
