1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in reconstruction and expansion and the superstructure of Pavilion III along with other rooms on the premises of the Grochowski Hospital. Dr. med. Rafała Masztak Sp. z o. o.
2. The subject of the order specifies:
1) description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ;
2) design documentation - Annex No. 3 to SWZ (entire ZIP folder);
3) draft contract Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
Grenadierow 51/59, 04-073 Warszawa - registered office and place of business of the Ordering Party.
5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers partial. In accordance with recitals 78 and 79 of the preamble to the Classical Directive 2014/24/EU, the contracting authority is free to decide autonomously on the advisability of dividing the contract into lots on any basis it considers appropriate, guided by its needs in this respect,
in particular taking into account the scope of the subject of the order. The order constitutes one whole in the form of a comprehensive construction work. For organizational, economic and warranty reasons, dividing the order is unjustified.
6. The Ordering Party does not allow it submitting variant offers.
