- The subject of the order are construction works in the design and build formula, including the design and construction of the reconstruction of the external entrance stairs to the Day Psychiatric Ward in building A of the Regional Hospital in Koobrzeg. 2. The scope of the order includes comprehensive investment implementation in the formula design and build and was divided into two stages: 1) Stage I, development of design documentation based on the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) and obtaining all necessary opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions authorizing the commencement and implementation of construction works, 2) Stage II execution of construction works, based on the developed design documentation referred to above.3.
