- The subject of the order includes the execution of construction works in the scope of reconstruction of the external receiving installation from GWC Mościckiego 14 in Sosnowiec (hereinafter also referred to as the Facility) as part of the TERMIC Project (TAURON Efficiency, Development, Modernization of the Heating Infrastructure), in accordance with the design documentation and handing over the Facility to the Ordering Party for use.
The detailed description of the Subject of the Order was specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ), in particular by: Material scope of the Subject of the Agreement (Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement) and Documentation (Appendix No. 2 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement).
