1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the Feliks Rajczak passage located between ul.aska and ul.TadeuszaKobusiewicza in Zduska Wola.2. The task was carried out on plots no.: 64/1, 64/3, 64/4, 64/5, 193/8, 1/1 rev. 14.Continuation of section 7.4.) Type and scope of changes to the contract and conditions for their introduction2) Changes in the scope of materials, technical parameters, technology of construction works, method and scope of execution of the subject of the contract will be possible in the event of: a) the need to carry out any part of the works covered by the subject of the contract using different technical solutions or technological changes than those indicated in the design documentation and resulting from changes in the legal status on the basis of which they were prepared, if the application of the provided solutions would result in non-performance or improper performance of the subject of the contract, b) the occurrence of geological, geotechnical or hydrological conditions that differ significantly from those assumed in the design documentation, exploration of the area in terms of archaeological finds, occurrence of unexploded ordnance which may result in non-execution in the light of the existing assumptions or inappropriate...
