1. The subject of the fall is the reconstruction of a fragment of the municipal road ul. Picturesque residents in km 0+000-0+100 at Dziaki no: 30, 166/1 in Raciborowice, commune Michaowice, devoted to the abolition of AB-V.6743.169.2025 Subject of the fall Implementation should be implemented in accordance with: 1) Project documentation (for. No. 8 to SWZ); 2) technical specification and collection of construction robs (STWIORB) (for. No. 9 to SWZ); 3) a pre -work of the work / offer cost estimate (for. No. 10 to SWZ); 4) planned provisions of the contract (PPU) (for. No. 11 to SWZ); 5) all arrangements, opinions, administrative decisions, 6) this specification of polish conditions. 3. The above -mentioned documents have to be treated as mutually complementing. 4. The Ordering Party informs that, according to the letter, the sign of PSGKR.ZMSM.763.1169450.1.25 667/25 of 01.04.2025 of the Polish SPKi Gazownictwa sp.z o.o. Gas Insane in Krakow ul.
