Description:
2.1. The access is carried out in an open tender mode pursuant to art. 129 para. 1 point 1) in joke. 2 and art. 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended - "PZP").
2.2. The access is carried out According to the rules provided for classic orders with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds.
