Description:
Central gas heating in three municipal apartments in the Formula design and build in the block of ul. Grnicza 32. In the scope of work is included in puppies: 1) inventory and assessment of the technical condition of the existing gas installation in individual apartments, 2) obtaining support conditions and ensuring gas supply by gas arranges for individual gas consumers about the gas assault for heating civil cars, 3) obtaining the appropriate chimney -up opinion, 4) making design documentation of the gas installation, central gas heating and hot water installation for three Mieszko Municipal Planny (ul. Grnicza 32/4, ul. Grnicza 32/7, ul. Grnicza 32/37) in accordance with the applicable law, the conditions issued by the enterprise of Municipal Economy Sp. z o.o. (ZEKIK No. 4 to SWZ) with taking into account the schematic throws of individual residential premises (Output No. 5 to SWZ), chimney sweep opinions (to obtain by the Contractors) and comments on the conditions in individual apartments (attachment No. 6 to SWZ). 5) Obtaining the required rolling or permission for a construction document for the project documentation in the starosty District...
