Description:
1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the historic building "A" on the campus of the Warsaw School of Economics at ul. Rakowiecka 24, including construction and renovation works with internal ventilation and air conditioning, central heating and water installations.sewage, electrical and telecommunications: carrying out conservation works on the facade; thermal modernization of roofs and land development along with elements of technical infrastructure.
2.The investment will be carried out on the registered plot no. 8, rev. possibly 1-01-03, unit ew.146505_8, Mokotow district, at ul. Rakowiecka 24, 02-517 Warszawa, owned by the Investor, confirmed by the entries in the Land and Mortgage Register WA2M/00156329/1 kept by the District Court in Warsaw, 7th Land and Mortgage Register Division.
Currently, the investment area and the buildings located on it are in useane. Buildings A, G and B located on the plot fulfill the public function of higher education, the others are technical and residential buildings. Plot No. 8, on which the buildings of the SGH Campus are located, is wooded in the central part, and internal roads and parking spaces show signs of long-term use.oatation.
