- The investment involves the design and reconstruction of the historic road to the Artillery Fort III in the Przemyl Fortress. The investment will include a new road construction using existing substructures, drainage of the road to adjacent areas, removal of roadside bushes and trees. and development and tidying up of the area. The access road in question is entered in the register of monuments under number A-1561, decision of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Przemyl of August 21, 1989, reference number: K1.VI-5340/2/89. The fort and the road are elements of the Przemyśl Fortress, recognized as a Historical Monument by regulation of the President of the Republic of Poland of December 10, 2018. In this respect, the entire road has an elevation gain of approximately 55 m. However, a 360 m long section of this road will be rebuilt. In its existing condition, the road has a masonry subgrade. In its current condition, the surface is heavily eroded and its profile is not saved. The road should be designed and reconstructed based on:1.
