Description:
1. The aim of the proceedings is to select a contractor for construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the hospital building in Solec and its adaptation for the needs of medical activities on plot no. 17, district 5-04-08, at 93 Solec Street in Warsaw in the Środmieście District. Hospital building, category XI. The ordering party envisages awarding part of the contract under the option right. and will include: performance of works involving the maintenance and upkeep of the building.
2. The urban layout of Solec Street, where the building is located, is listed in the Municipal Register of Monuments under number A-536.
3. Subject the order was described in detail in the OPZ constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party declares that it is entitled to use the property located at ul. Solec 93 in Warsaw, in the Środmieście District, on plot no. 17, district 5-04-08, for construction purposes.
5. The Ordering Party has a building permit required to carry out the works, covering the reconstruction of the Hospital in Solec at ul. Solec 93 in Warsaw located on plot no. 17 from the district 5-04-08 in the Środmieście District (decision no. 370/SRD/PB/2024 of December 16, 2024).
