A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is to make a reconstruction of 10 hygienic and sanitary rooms in the northern sanitary vertical (from the side of ul. Nowogrodzka) in the building at ul. Raven 38/42 in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the building ", along with the construction of mechanical ventilation and assembly on the roof of the building of a steel support structure, constituting a support for external devices of this installation.2. A detailed scope and method of performing the subject of the contract are determined by the documentation constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the documentation. " 3. The object of the contract consists of a basic order referred to in paragraph 4, and the order covered by the option referred to in paragraph 5.4.
