A brief description of the subject of the contract: Reconstruction of the indoor diseases of the internal disease and nephrology with a dialysis center in order to adapt to existing legislation in the Provincial Hospital for them. St. Łukasz SP ZOZ in Tarnów in the form of design and build. The projected works will include: - disassembly of old wall and floor cladding, - disassembly of door carpentry, - disassembly of electrical and teletechnical installations, - demolition of part of the partition walls, - outflowing of cement spout (if necessary ), - disassembly of suspended ceilings, - to form new partition walls, - performing new liners in door openings, - performing a new anti-displication insulation in wet rooms, - performing new cement spouts, - new reduction for ventilation installations (in agreement with the constructor), - execution of a new electrical installation, - execution of a prediction, - execution of a computer, telephone installation, RTV, - execution of a fire protection system, - execution of extraction mechanical ventilation installation and air conditioning installation, - execution of instance ... - Documents:
