Description:
a) The subject of the Public Flame is a construction work consisting in the reconstruction of an internal road within ul. Rydla 18 and 22. The trip will be implemented on the basis of an agreement concluded on 10.07.2025: Municipalities of the Municipalities of Krakw Miasto Miasto Miasto, ul. Centralna 53, 31-586 Cracow of the city Krakow S.A.UL. Senatorska 1, 30-106 of Krakw based on art. 38 of the Act of 11 in 2019, the Law of the Public Classes (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, amended), set up the SPROR SPORD of the City of Krakow as an ordering entity authorized to conduct the job and grant On behalf of the parties and on their behalf.
