Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: "Reconstruction of the internal rooms of a cafe club consisting in changing the arrangement of the back room" in the building of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews, plot No. 31/3, precinct 5-01-05 at ul. Anielewicza 6 in the Rdmiecie district of the capital city of Warsaw. The order is being carried out as part of the task entitled: Reconstruction of the U Fani culinary studio with the creation of a toilet for people with disabilities in the building of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews, co-financed by the European Union from European Funds as part of the Project Increasing access to the cultural and educational offer of the POLIN Museum thanks to the new gallery of the permanent exhibition and the development of the existing infrastructure project no. FENX.07.01-IP.04-0022/24 under the measure FENX.07.01 Infrastructure of culture and cultural tourism, priority FENX.07 Culture of the European Funds Program for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027. Order will be implemented on the basis of design and construction documentation and Decision No. 223/SRD/PB/2024 issued by the Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw on August 2, 2024, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
