- The subject of the investment is the reconstruction of the internal sanitary installation, including renovation of sanitary pipes, painting, and replacement of bathroom fittings in the building of Primary School No. 24 in Rzeszow at ul. Czajkowskiego 11.Wielko/Scope The scope of the order includes the execution of all basic tasks and accompanying construction works, services and supplies related to the execution of the order for a facility ready for use, resulting from the applicable legal provisions and the developed design documentation, in particular: - replacement of the entire sewage stack from the basement to the second floor in the building A of SP 24, risers: from K1 to K11 along with the approaches, - renovation of the toilet for girls on the ground floor with replacement of the water installation, - renovation of the toilet for boys on the first floor and replacement of the water installation, - modernization (reconstruction) of the water supply connection, - dismantling of existing devices in sanitary rooms, - removal of old cladding walls and floors, - removal and disposal of dismantling materials, - preparation of the base for construction and application of new cladding and finishing coatings, - application of plaster replies on walls and ceilings, - application of painting coatings on ...
