KRDKS Description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is to design and reconstruction of a boxing in Kluczbork in accordance with the functional and use program (providing start in the SWZ) and specifications for declarants developed for the purposes of this order., 2. The scope of the order is in particular : 2.1. Execution of design works together with the necessary agreements and decisions in accordance with the acts of 7 July 1994. Construction law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1333). The construction project should be elaborated in accordance with art. 34 par. 3 Construction Law. The scope of the order also includes the development of a technical design, collection of Robart and the technical specification of construction and collection of construction works. Project documentation should be carried out in the number of copies as in the functional and useful program.
