Description:
The subject of the contract is the design and execution of works related to the reconstruction of loading points at the Wrocław Pracze station, including ramps and loading square together with the completion of accompanying works regarding, among others reconstruction of the track system, drainage, railway traffic control, lighting,removal of the collision.
The entire subject of the contract includes the performance of:
1) project documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary to implement the subjectOrders;
2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the order on the basis of the project documentation, referred to by the Contractor and approved by the Employer, referred to in the abovementioned point 1, and all preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the contract and allactivities required by law;
3) conducting an assessment of the compliance of the structural subsystem "Infrastructure" covered by the scope of the order at each stage (design, construction and final rehearsal attempts);
4) developing a collage(separately for each industry), including documentation from the as -built geodetic inventory.
