Description:
The subject of the order is the reconstruction and thermal modernization of the building at ul. Piwna 8a for the operation of the District Office in Zduska Wola, including the delivery and installation of the first equipment and land development. The building will be equipped with: internal installations, i.e. electricity, sewage, domestic water and fire protection, central heating from the heating network, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, air conditioning within the ranges specified in the design documentation, Technical Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Works, Energy Audit of the building and in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).
