Description:
1. The subject of the contract is construction work involving the reconstruction of the Mountain Kayaking Track OSiR KOLNA in Krakow for the needs of the 3rd European Games. Part 3.
The scope of the subject of the contract includes the performance of general construction works in the field of modernization of the ventilation and air conditioning systemszacji in the hotel building on the premises of OSiR KOLNA at ul. Kolna 2 in Krakow. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ (Design documentation, bill of quantities, Technical specification of execution and acceptance of works).
2.If the name of produce appears in the appendices to the SWZnta - products can be replaced with equivalent ones.
3.The contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
