- The subject of the order is the performance of construction and accompanying works related to the demolition and reconstruction of a multi-family residential building at Szkolna Street, destroyed in the flood of September 2024, within the boundaries of plot No. 22 and plot No. 369/7, district 0002 Wle 2 (task entitled Reconstruction of a residential building multi-family intended for renting premises) based on design documentation Construction of a multi-family residential building with social premises along with demolition of the existing building, land development and construction of technical infrastructure at ul. Szkolna 1a in Wleń, in accordance with DWKZ decision No. 1149/2025 permit to carry out construction works in an urban layout of July 4, 2025 and construction permit decision No. 224/2025 of September 3, 2025. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the location of power equipment as part of the reconstruction of the existing low-voltage network voltage and location of the KS PVC DN160 sanitary sewage connection, kdPVC 200 storm sewer connection, De125 water supply connection.
