Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the implementation of the investment entitled Reconstruction of the municipal road 140176k in km from 0+000 to 0+995, in Wierzbica, Kozw commune, as part of which the contractor is obliged in puppies to: a. Reconstruction of the road by replacing the damaged elements of the foundation on all the width of the roadat km 0+000 0+995, b. execution of a new bituminous road surface to restore normative technical parameters of the road (transverse declines, also ponun and transverse), c. Makeups, d. delivery and assembly of the information board, which is referred to in art. 38 para. 1 and para. 1a of the Act of 23Padziernik 2018 about the RZD Fund for the Development of the VIEW in connection with with 2 points 1 lit. a) and in 5 para. 1, paragraph 2, para. 3 points 1, 9 para. 1 and para. 2 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 7, 2021 on the determination of information activities undertaken by entities carrying out financed tasks orCo -financed from a budget of pasture or from state targeted funds. 2.
