The subject of the order is the designation of the project documentation and obtaining the necessary arrangements and decisions for the implementation of construction works related to the reconstruction of the municipal road Butryny-Stara Kaletka no. 165016N with a length of 1.08 km located on plots of no. registration 218, 371, 370, 358/1 and 389/2, although the construction of construction works on the basis of a notification of the intention to implement construction works to the competent authority, building permits or on the principles of preparing and implementing investments in the field of public roads (in the case of such a necessity )., 2.
