Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of municipal road no. 109112L from km 0,000 to km 0,990 in the city. Elizwka. 2. The scope of the order includes the performance of: a) preparatory works; b) widening; c) surface; d) roadsides. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the subject matter of the orderweight of works and technical documentation constituting an integral part of the SWZ. 4. The Contractor is responsible for providing surveying and post-construction surveying services, including the location of the facility on the ground. 5. The contractor will be obliged to execute the order in accordance with applicable law, inthe requirements of the Ordering Party included in the order documents and in accordance with the submitted offer, in particular with due care, safety, good quality, proper organization and the provisions of the concluded contract. 6. The works referred to above must be performed using the Contractor's materials. 7. The contractor is responsible forand the waste generated in the course of your own work and the appropriate manner of dealing with it, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 797) and the Act of April 27, 2001 Environmental protection law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1219, as amended). 8.
