Contract for construction worksThere will be a contract with a rut remuneration. Therefore, the contractor is obliged to check the quantities of ROBT from project documentation. In the event of a higher amount of ROBT (indescribable and necessary for the performance of the contract, the contractorIt is obliged to perform these robs at a contractual price. The contractor has the right to correct the quantities of Robt not compatible with the pre -citydesign.
