- The planned investment is located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, the Starogard poviat, the Skrcz commune, Journal of Laws 34/4 of the Obrb Baro. Description of the existing state and the course of the road in the plan: in the existing state, the section in question is the road hardened with aggregate and in the part of the ground. The road is widely from 3.0 3.5m and has a lot of about 290 MB. The current technical condition of the road is described as unsatisfactory design solutions: the designed horizontal geometry in the plan runs around the existing road. A road, single -lane, one -lane road was designed for traffic in both directions with concrete pavement asphalt, 3.5 m wide with the passes in which the surface with BA is expanded to 5m. Bilateral roadside with KSM C90/3 widths 0.75m, conventions to the property were designed and marking.
